As a child, I watched my mom bake cakes that looked like she had been
trained at Better Homes & Gardens. As young moms, my sister and I took
a cake decorating class to teach us to make birthday cakes for our children.
At the end of the class, I was hooked.
In the ensuing years, I studied cooking in every teaching kitchen
I could get to. Ta-Dah is the result of many of those classes.
I enjoy party planning almost as much as I enjoy baking.
